Description
"The Purple Phoenix" was a plan created in the Greater Roman Empire's government which sought to relocate majority of the populations of the provinces and relocate them solely in Byzantium and some surrounding provinces.

Siam's response can be found here. Soon after the response, Siam left the Greater Roman Empire and joined the British Commonwealth of Nations.
