Founding

On December 12th 2017, in reponse to the deletion of inactive towns, the town of Toyko fell and was looted by many, including PolkadotBlueBear and PolkadotMonkey, who located a large Zombie grinder and claimed it.

Government

This colony is offically owned by Alania, however it is jointly owned by Alania and Hefei, or PolkadotBlueBear and PolkadotMonkey respectivly.
