Nostra:Huzhou(English)

Huzhou, officially called the Production and Construction Corps of Huzhou, belongs to the PRC. It's one of the few special administrative regions in the game under the PRC and also serves as the base for the Eastern Theater Command, with the 72nd Group Army stationed there long-term. Huzhou city itself (Wuxing, Nanxun, and Deqing) is located in the north-central part of the Hangjiahu Plain, at the junction of Jiangsu, Anhui, and Zhejiang provinces. In real-world terms, it covers all of Huzhou City in Zhejiang Province, as well as Tongxiang City in Zhejiang, Wujiang District in Jiangsu, Guangde City in Anhui, and half of Lake Tai, totaling 302 blocks (the merger of the two cities was completed on 26/7/24, achieving unification). Together with nearby Suzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Nanjing, it forms the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area. Huzhou also administers two counties: Changxing County and Anji County, whose citizens enjoy the same privileges as those in Huzhou city proper.

The city government is located on Yishang Street. The mayor and the citizens are mostly made up of the Eastern Wu Republic, one of the member states of the Huaxia United States from the last cycle.
