Xeta, also known as the Xeta Empire, is a nation located in northern Siberia. The nation was founded in May of 2024, of which it grew into one of the most populous and largest nations in Siberia. It is also one of the founding members of the Polaris Confederation. Xeta has many town chains, which mostly expand to the west of the capital, currently within the lands of west Siberia and northern China.
History
Early History
Exotic Exports
Xeta started with the creation of Xotic-Xports within Angara as a quest to find fertile lands in the cold and lonely quarters of the Siberian peninsula. As Xotic-Xports continued growing from the starter plot through funds from mining, the mayor and single resident Capo_Co decided to put the newfound land to use. After careful consideration, Capo decided to employ new players from all around the world to make some quick cash in a challenging way, although with something missing. It was seen fit to start a cow farm, as such eight cow farms supplied a steady flow of leather, creating more exported goods, and more people employed to do the job. Capo then realized that employment was key to a steady economy and thriving community.
PVP Arenas
Xotic-Xports was exporting those two main goods throughout a good portion of the server, for a 15 Chunk town at least. Capo was PVPing at Malawi as a noob to pass the time while his business was running, when he kept getting trapped by other PVPers. He wished that there was some place to PVP without being Trapped. There just so happened to be an already dug out 3x2 chunk whole closeby. Wondering what to use it for, Capo got the idea to make a PVP arena. With this, Capo created two PVP arenas to start off, with more created later by many people, with even the town reaching the third most visited town in a day. As such, the focus of the town became PVP.
Beginning of a nation
Creation
The 4th of May 2025, Capo_Co created Xeta, after the suggestions of it from the residents of Xotic-Xports. Although it is possible that hunters who hunted Angara members who were outlawed were too annoying to StarkeOG due to not being able to teleport to Xotic-Xports's arenas. (Section needs expansion)

spacewonder6 was named Chancellor of Xeta.
Western expansion
After a person named Imnop771 asked in global chat if someone could fund his town, spacewonder6 quickly responded to him, saying he could fund the town. However the location was a little too far from the nation, around 900 blocks short. So, spacewonder6 decided to town chain, got a trustworthy member which was Plainfully, a previous semi-active resident of Xotic-Xports. With this, Knivsta was founded the 4th of October 2025, so Little_Prussia(later renamed to Canadia), Imop771's town, was able to join Xeta. Then, the towns of Prussian Empire, Town Konnovosk and Fishoria joined Xeta after leaving the Russian Republic (Which was confirmed to be alright through unformal diplomacy).
Northern China
This was the start of the Xeta west town chains, which expanded even more west with the town of Sophia joining after a recommendation to join Xeta. However the west expansion was diverted when spacewonder6 saw a forum post on the Earth Discord, hoii_ was selling two towns, Bortala and Termez. At this moment spacewonder6 wondered if it could be possible to town chain to northern China, possibly making a new terrain for the nation. Near this time the Japan NAP was also signed, which needed to be considered for the town chain, however the sphere of influence of Japan fell short near where the town chain was needed, which was perfect. After some time and three chain towns, Bortala was finally able to be bought by Snowey2k as holder, however Termez unfortunately 42d so it was not bought.
During an unfortunate chain break of Bortala, spacewonder6 decided to finally reinforce the town chains of Xeta, now they are nearly unbreakable with most towns having double town chains, with more to come. During this time the mayor of Bortala switched to Meltanmason as a mayor. While it was already discussed earlier about town chaining to Xeta's other nation, the Russian Empire, it seemed a bit absurd, but with the towns of Clockport and Sarythion, this didn't seem like an impossible dream anymore, which only three to four town chains remain until connecting Russia.
Newly crowned King
The 10th of January 2025, spacewonde6 woke up to a notification, which, to his surprise, was Capo_Co showing his draft for spacewonder6's crowning as King of the Xeta Empire. This was quite shocking for spacewonder6, but it made sense as he was running most of Xeta. The announcement went public the same day, Capo stating how he was less active due to his newborn. His final thing he asked for as King was for more democracy to be added within Xeta, allowing the voice of the people to be heard more clearly. The same day, the province of Korglad was created, starting the federation aspect of Xeta.

Government
The Xeta Empire works as a monarchy where the King and Chancellor run the nation as they see fit, with a cabinet of secretaries selected by the King and Chancellor to run departments. The hierarchy works like this:
- King ~ spacewonder6, the King and leader of the nation.
- Chancellor ~ None, the second in-command.
- Consul ~ None, the close council of Xeta.
- Secretaries ~ Many, the cabinet which leads each department of Xeta.
- Town Mayors ~ Many, leads towns in Xeta.

Notable towns
Xeta has many historical town, here are a few of them:
- Xeta(Originally known as Xotic-Xports) - The capital of the nation and a the largest town in Xeta.
- Dragonfall - Historical capital of the old Sakha, currently lead by blonkr and turnerup40.
- Merra - One of the largest towns with some history, lead by Melix18.
- Cozytown - One of the earliest towns of Xeta, although it was deleted due to a 42d, it is being rebuilt by it's original founder, Podzel7.
Provinces and Territories
The Xeta Empire is roughly divided into two provinces, Xeta to the east and the Russian Empire to the west. The Xeta region is shared with the rest of the Polaris Confederation, while the Russian Empire region is mostly owned by them with small towns in the territory.
Both of the provinces are under direct rule of the King and the Chancellor.
