Khartoum (Old)

Khartoum is a town that is part of the Nubia Empire. It's south of El Obeid. It was recently given to Neop1001, who has been the new mayor since January 25th 2020.

Neop's Improvements:

After receiving the town Neop added a shop, found new uses for the quarry. Implemented explosion proof floors due to explosions within the quarry, and added ender chests around town.
