List of Prime Ministers of Russia
The Prime Minister of Russia is the head of the Government of the Russian Empire and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Empire. This position appeared on June 1, 2020, when Elgik was elected to it. The status and powers of the Prime Minister of the Russian Empire are enshrined in articles 52 and 54 of the Constitution of Russia.
Prime Ministers are appointed by the Emperor of Russia in accordance with the election results. Also, the Prime Minister can be appointed without election results, but with the approval of the Imperial Assembly, in case of emergency of this decision.
