Mossow/Obermossow/Mehrzweck II
The Communist Warehouse (German: Kommunistisches Lager; colloquial: Schneekugel; officially: Template:Rn) is an institution located in Obermossow, Mossau where people can share their items with fellow residents in 48 barrels and 20 chests. One floor above this Central Storage room there is a tree farm, the main wood supplier for Mossau.
Due to its shape with the Storage Room being a stonebrick box with rounded corners and the tree farm being enclosed by a glass dome, it's known colloquially as The Ice Globe (Die Schneekugel). The building was first built in mid-December 2019 and renovated during the coronavirus lockdown in early 2021. Both versions were built by Spitzhacke10000. The Communist Warehouse however, is only part of the Mehrzweck II facility (the officiall name for the Ice Globe) since it's renovation in 2021.
History
Initial Construction
In the earliest days of the town in December 2019 Spitzhacke10000, the then-councillor of the town, recognized the need for a tree farm in order to become self-sufficient from the outside world. After collecting enough resources he began to build a large glass dome at the city limits. The building was completed a few hours after it was started and Spitzhacke10000 made it semi-public. In order to be allowed to use the farm, people needed to absolve a few-minute-training by Spitzhacke, to make sure the people followed the rules.
Renovation
In Early 2021 politics in and around Mossau changed rapidly and unpredictably. When the town of Rigy was created next to Mossau on 26 February 2021 the old Communist Warehouse facility, which was located in The Laboratory situated below ground found it self now being partially in Rigy claims. That first wasn't a problem, since Rigy was part of Casey, however when the town declared independence and SSRBV was created, Rigy sealed off the underground border between the two towns in The Laboratory. The Communist Warehouse was now unreachable. This lead to Spitzhacke10000 doing a complete overhaul for the tree farm. The Communist Warehouse would now be above ground, were the old treefarm stood, and the new treefarm would be constructed ontop of the Warehouse.
