History
Early History
Old Stuttgart
It is unknown who created Stuttgart, but we know that it was created around March of 2019. It grew quickly and gained several members. It is believed to have participated in some wars of the time. Soon though the town started to falter and cracks were starting to form. After 42 days of no members are coming on, the town fell and was raided. Over next month the town was stripped of all its goods and was heavily griefed. All hope was lost for Stuttgart.
Stuttgart: A New Beginning
Soon after all the raiding and griefing had occurred, two new players by the names of Drwho407 and Ughbraces, who were members of the town of Lion City in Lithuania at the time sought a town in the German region. When running through the German wilderness one day, Drwho407 stumbled upon ruins Stuttgart. He and Ughbraces saved up all their gold to restart the town. There was an issue though since the original town had fallen, Drwho407 and Ughbraces did not know that the town's name had been Stuttgart so they named it Hanover. Though it was quickly changed to Stuttgart once they found out what it had originally been called. Ughbraces stayed in Lion City since he was not sure if the town would work out. Once Drwho407 got rid of all the griefing and cleaned up the town, Ughbraces joined him. The cleaning to quite a while due to the sheer amount of griefing that covered the town. With Ughbraces' presence in chat, they were able to get some attention. This allowed them to get new people to the town. Since then, Stuttgart has improved heavily and is beginning to prosper.
Stuttgart on the Rise
To allow for ease of trade and the ability to teleport Stuttgart joined the German_Empire, but they had ambitions to start their own nation. After a week, they were able to acquire enough gold to start their own nation, and the nation of Prussia was founded making Stuttgart it's capital. During this time Stuttgart's expansion had to be halted to save gold for a nation. Since then, there have been talks with nearby towns to join Prussia. Somethings things stolen and raided from Stuttgart have been found and there have been some talks of getting them back. During this time many new buildings were being built. Drwho407 flatten large swathes of land for new builds. A large store was built by a great resident named Toad75, it soon became a popular store in the area being stocked by Ughbraces. Surrounding the store is a canal that will hopefully develop into a canal system throughout the town. Along the canal, new townhouses are being built. Many new projects like these are instore for Stuttgart. on a nearby mountain, construction started on Stuttgart Castle where Drwho407 would rule Prussia and Stuttgart from. It was to be built where the original Mayor's House which had been moved to what was known as the German Cross House. It a while to start building since the land where it was supposed to be built was not large enough so land needed to be filled to compensate for it. During this time though several original buildings of Stuttgart were demolished like the buildings known as the Stables. The town at this point had doubled in size compared to its original limits. With the flattening of land, it allowed Stuttgart to become connected to a plaza that had been built by another town that had fallen. For a while, the area was not claimed but when the neighboring town of Bonne wanted to claim the majority of it, Drwho407 and Ughbraces quickly claimed most of it. At this time the land has not been used but there are plans for it in the future.
Pressures from Rival Nations
When Drwho407 created Prussia it caused some turmoil in the German_Empire since its Kaiser believed that he was the rightful King of Prussia. The German_Empire spent several weeks asking for Prussia to be disbanded and have Stuttgart rejoin the German_Empire. Drwho407 refused to let this happen since he did not like the way that the German_Empire operated. There were many attempts to bribe Drwho407 into rejoining but he refused, again and again, saying that he needed to defend his country's sovereignty. There were also many attempts to buy Stuttgart which Ughbraces was opened to but Drwho407 was not. He was adamant about maintaining Prussian independence not wanting the German_Empire to take over Stuttgart. At one point the leader of the German_Empire offered Drwho407 the Crown of Bavaria if he disbanded Prussia and have Stuttgart rejoin. Drwho407 refused because he didn't want to be politically dominated by another nation.
Stuttgart's Possible Fall
During Stuttgart's rise, there was a dip in it. During their early success, Drwho407 and Ughbraces made some terrible mistakes. The new district and neighborhood projects were failing due to a lack of proper management. The area where they allowed their new residents to build without supervision, leading to many poor builds that lead to that part of the town being referred to as "the slums". Along with all these problems, promising residents were becoming inactive leading to Stuttgart losing residents. This heavily discouraged Drwho407, leading to him leaving the server for a while and leaving Ughbraces in charge. For a time it looked like Stuttgart would fall with Ughbraces also becoming inactive. Stuttgart's fate should have been sealed.
Good Fortune in Bad Times
During Drwho407's hiatus, Problems started to brew in the German_Empire. The Kaiser was not well-liked by his subjects. They started to falter, losing the power they had in the region. A new Germany was created and led by Heinikin34. This was seen as a victory for Stuttgart who had long disliked the German_Empire and their practices. The new Germany quickly took all the towns surrounding Stuttgart.
Stuttgart's Comeback
Out of nowhere, Drwho407 made his return to the server. During his hiatus, he thought of what he should do next. He wanted to fix all the problems that had previously occurred in Stuttgart and write the wrongs. Drwho407 saw that the town had become outdated with old town walls still surrounding the town which cut off parts of the town from other parts. His first project being the demolition of the town walls. During his hiatus, Ughbraces had become disinterested with Stuttgart which led to him leaving the town. This would not be the first time that Ughbraces would leave Stuttgart, he would leave and return several times. Now alone, Drwho407 would have to do everything himself from now on. Next, he decided to bring the entire town onto one level with saw parts of town being lowered three blocks. During this time he decided to demolish the entirety of "the Slums" which had become abandoned due to the lack of residents. When the town was lowered Drwho407 demolished more original buildings, he didn't want to but he thought that he should for the good of the town. Demolishing "the slums" meant that he had to level it with the rest of the town which meant that he would have to fill it in since it was lower instead of higher. Most of the buildings were not completely destroyed just partially leaving lower floors and basements intact. If you were to mine under several buildings you would find the ruins. He decided that he want to mix styles, one side of town is in a medieval style and the other side of town being built in a baroque/imperial style. Now with a blank canvas, he needed to rebuild.
Stuttgart Reborn
Once he cleared out the land, Drwho407 made plans for the buildings that would replace "the slums". He would gather inspiration from other builds and real-life examples of medieval architecture. The plan was to build with high amounts of detail to the exterior of the building. It was extremely important that all the buildings fit into plots so that they could be sold with ease. A new road system was put into place after the removal of the town walls which made that part of town easier to navigate. New buildings like the Blacksmith's Shop and the Bakery were constructed. Now that the medieval side of town was constructed he had to tackle the rest. He wanted to build the new part of town but there was no more flat land, so he decided to expand north. Drwho407 had a big decision to make, the castle he had built for himself was in the way of the town's expansion, he had to make a sacrifice. He decided that he would demolish the castle and flatten the entire mountain to allow for the expansion of the town in that direction. This was an ambitious project to take on since it would mean that he would have to flatten many chunks. Artwork and materials were salvaged from the castle and were used in buildings throughout Stuttgart. he started by clearing land around the mountain and while clearing he started building new buildings on the other side of the mountain behind the existing townhouses that run along the canal. It was difficult since this side of the mountain was cut off from the rest of the town. Soon he demolished the entirety of the castle and started to flatten more land to the north.
Notable Buildings
- Stuttgart Castle - It was sadly demolished to make way for a new neighborhood. It was mostly complete when Drwho407 decided that he didn't like the way it was turning out and decided that it should be demolished.
- Stuttgart City Hall - It is an original building of the first Stuttgart that still stands today. It's still being used as City Hall but a new one will be constructed in the new Town Square to allow for more space to operate the town. once this occurs it will be turned into a historic site to protect it from demolition
- Ughbraces' Grand Mansion - Was constructed quickly after the creation of the new Stuttgart, being modeled after the German Cross House. The house was built on the site of a car museum that had been pretty much destroyed after the original town had fallen. It was the main residence of Ughbraces until a break-in occurred leading him to move his main residence to another town.
- The Mayor's House - Also known as the German Cross House, it has a long and storied past as one of the few original buildings left in Stuttgart. it is not known who or when the build was constructed but it survived the many changes made to Stuttgart.

Government and Political Affiliation
Stuttgart is a part of Prussia and is the capital so the country it operated from there. The Mayor of Stuttgart is Drwho407, who is also the King of Prussia. The position of Counsellor of Stuttgart is vacant at the moment due to Ughbraces' departure from the town. Yet, Drwho407 still consults Ughbraces with new ideas for the town. Stuttgart has close ties with Stettin due to Ughbraces being its Mayor. We were formally part of the German_Empire until the founding of Prussia.
Economics
Stuttgart is a free market economy allowing anybody to trade with anyone. At the moment Drwho407 is trying to get people to open up shops in Stuttgart to boost visitation to the town. Real estate is a big stream of revenue for the town.
Military
We have a small militia in Stuttgart that defends the town. Stuttgart is trying to get more protection due to the new war plug-in that is going to be installed.
