The 6th Legislature of Cascadia is the current meeting of the the legislative branch of the Republic of Cascadia, composed of the Cascadia House of Representatives. It convened in Olympia, in the early hours of January 16, 2023, the first day of EstiQT's presidency and is scheduled to end sometime in February 2023.

The January 2022 election decided who would be elected to the House. A total of 6 new representatives were elected to this session. The election of representatives to the House took a bit as there were delays in counting and calculating all the votes of the representatives.
