After 73beatle left lisbon for the second time, runnerboy72000 quickly outposted the ruins to use as a point to keep an eye on Spain, who was hostile to runnerboy's Russian Empire that existed at the time. Abkhazia's occupation of the town has led to massive amounts of conflicts due to Spain wanting to own the town.
