Lakeview is the capital of Jefferson.
History
Foundation
Lakeview was founded on February 7, 2020. The town joined Cascadia shortly afterwards. Construction began almost immediately, and the town center was mostly realized 5 days later.
Cascadian Civil War
Even when Lakeview was founded, Cascadia was undergoing violent upheaval, which the town would soon find itself embroiled in. On February 16, 2020, the town seceded from Cascadia, citing poor administrative efficiency from the central government. After the war began, Lakeview has opposed Washington, and drifted closer to the Salish Federation. By the end of the war, the town founded the Republic of Jefferson.
Buildings
All of Lakeview is built in an 1880s western style. The town wraps around a small lake, and contains a harbor in the area.
