In Cascadian law, an organic act is an act of the Legislature of Cascadia that establishes a territory of Cascadia and specifies how it is to be governed. In the absence of an organic law a territory is classified as unorganized.
The first such act was the Oregon Organic Act, passed in 2023 by the Legislature of Cascadia. The Oregon Organic Act created the Oregon Territory in the land east of the coastal towns of Oregon and west of Montana.
