German Reconstruction

German Reconstruction is characterized by the formation of the Federation of Germany on October 23rd by Paperpikmin in the Reconstruction Era in order to reestablish a functioning German nation. The goal was to reestablish Germany as a force in the world, unify the german borders as best possible, and establish diplomatic relations once more. Reconstruction has not been deemed over yet, and is currently underway.

Nature of Reconstruction

The German Reconstruction was made of two primary components: the Unification of Territorial Germany, and the Reconstruction of a powerful German nation. The first component was far more difficult, as the enemy nation of Nazi Germany actively prevented this. Leipzig also remained in control of swaths of Germany, and Frankfurt was stubborn. The second aspect started neigh impossible, however quickly became a reality as within a 2 week span Germany became a dominant force in Europe once more. From early to late November, Germany went from a weak nation on the brink of annexation to a power capable of rivaling the other great European nations.

Deutsche Einheit

German Unification began as soon as the German Federation was created. It has seen many ups and downs, victories and failings. The first major success was the reincorporation of Berlin into the German nation. The second was the bringing in of Saronheim, an important German city that continues to be incredibly relevant to this day. Successes continued, however there was failure to incorporate Frankfurt and Hamburg again. The most recent success was the surrender of the TMS outpost, which as such allowed ownership of the entire West German area.

Deutsches Kaiserreich

German Empire was the act of recreating a nation as powerful as the First German Empire. Initial steps were made to quickly establish an armed forces, shown with the Svartalfheim Guard, and very soon with high recruitment policy and good diplomacy Germany maintained nearly 20 active members. Ministries were quickly set up to make the population productive, and within a short time Germany became among the most industrial nations, even establishing a rocket program.
