The EarthMC Nether

The EarthMC nether is a mostly vanilla, slightly modified dimension that is in the base game.

Modifications

The EMC nether has the following modifications:

  • Nether gold does not spawn
  • Piglins and Zombie Pigman do not drop gold upon death
  • Smaller border
  • Spawners can be mined with silk touch

Things to Note

  • Since the nether has been around for a long while with many players interacting with it, most if not all structures are now looted.
  • You are not able to create towns or nations in the nether
  • Just like the overworld it is not allowed to break ice roads even within the unclaimed nether area
  • PVP is on in the nether like in the wilderness
  • The nether is updated to have 1.16's biomes like the rest of the server
