ItzRtqx
ItzRtqx, sometimes known as just Itz or by the eponym Development, as well as the titles Crashout King and Joe Biden by Pilbara, is the current President and in-game leader of the State of Nunavik, a nation in northern Quebec, Canada, serving since the nation's formation on July 7th 2025. Formerly Pilbaran until his banishment from the nation on June 16th 2025, he served as Prime Minister of the Pilbaran Empire from February 3rd 2025 until his term expired on April 3rd after he refused to seek a second term in office. He also served as Minister of National Development in both GabeTheSavior governments, before and after his premiership.
He is also very famous for smashing his keyboard.

Time in Australia and Pilbara
Early Days on Aurora and on the Australian continent
ItzRtqx originally joined the Aurora server in late 2023, gathering enough gold from vote crates and underground to form his own town, Balladonia, in Central WA. He joined the nation of Australia and built up Balladonia, building a replica of Los Pollos Hermanos, the chicken restaurant owned by drug kingpin Gustavo Fring in the HBO Max series Breaking Bad, as well as a town spawn building. Eventually, Perth, which had until then been a trap town, collapsed, and the area of the IRL Perth Metropolitan Area was left unclaimed. ItzRtqx took action, immediately selling Balladonia for 300 gold and setting up Mandurah. Mandurah originally joined Australia and was bordered by Rottnest to the west, however upon becoming dissatisfied with Australia, Mandurah seceded and joined the new nation of the Pilbaran Empire, which stood as the key anti-Australian power on the continent. Over time, Mandurah grew, and ItzRtqx built a massive highway, the Great Eastern Highway, which had began construction while he was still in Balladonia, and now the highway stretches past the former Victorian town of Galatrice. RosemaryMan, a new player, created the town of Mundaring and joined Pilbara. Although initially hesitant, the shared borders and nationhood between Mundaring and Mandurah developed a friendship between ItzRtqx and RosemaryMan. ItzRtqx also began to construct a highway to link from Mandurah to Onslow Bay, the Pilbaran capital. He then became interested in the politics of the nation, and joined the GPDP in an attempt to run for the seat of Southern Pilbara, which is the electorate Mandurah and Mundaring are in. He won the seat uncontested. Pritchy009 won the role of Minister of Transport, and after seeing ItzRtqx's feats across the continent, appointed him advisor. At the following election, Pritchy009's newly formed United Pilbara Party (UPP) ran for government successfully, with Pritch becoming Prime Minister. ItzRtqx ran for Minister of Transport, knowing that if Pritch won Prime Minister he could not be Minister of Transport, however he lost to former GPDP ally Wolftree, who was later exposed and booted from the nation for inappropriate comments. RosemaryMan, a friend of ItzRtqx, won Minister of Internal Affairs and Expansion however, and appointed his friend as advisor. At the outbreak of the Fourth Australian-Pilbaran War in early October, ItzRtqx took a leading role, suspending construction of the Mandurah-Onslow Highway and shutting the great eastern highway by walling off Mandurah and Mundaring from the outside. He also appeared at battles in New_Brisbane and north of his town in Lemburg. He funded his alt's town of Tarcoola, which sits south of Coober Pedy and serves as a base of attack on the Australian capital. His alt was later banned, although Itz falsely claims it was his brother, although it can be confirmed to be his alt.
Premiership of Pilbara
ItzRtqx became Prime Minister of the Pilbaran Empire on February 3rd 2025, leading the Pilbaran United Party to victory over the PPP candidate SquishyTheFrog after being carried by his party in the election. His premiership was not as eventful as the one of Gabe's before his leading to his label as the "Biden PM", but he did pass fairly useless infrastructure bills such as the National Development Program bill which established volunteer work projects for infrastructure builds, and the development councils which consists of infrastructure enthusiasts coordinating their ideas and working together on projects. However, he was criticized for a lack of action in several factors, such as his Foreign Policy and Diplomacy in the Australia War, as well as his lack of initiatives in almost all other areas, with the Development Councils too plagued by inactivity and a lack of use, all of which have been repealled.
Post Premiership and the Mandurah Crisis
ItzRtqx's term as Prime Minister ended on April 3rd 2025 after he refused to seek re-election, citing continueing commitments at university in real life. He was succeeded by GabeTheSavior, his friend and predecessor, as Prime Minister. He was reappointed Minister of National Development. At Haggler84's request he left Mandurah again and created north eyre, leaving the town in the hands of Sn1p3r_R1fl3786. When he tried going back to Mandurah eventually, Sn1p3r refused, even rejecting ItzRtqx's offer to give him his "small town in the desert" . Eventually, Mandurah was given back to Itz, although Pilbara over claimed it as when the gambler left Pilbara, they assumed he was not going to give it back. They built a "monument" in the overclaimed part, which caused great annoyance to Itz and caused a greater divide between him and his friends. This was not good for Pilbara’s development.
Downfall and collapse of popularity in Pilbara
In early April, majority of the government defected to the opposition. However, due to ItzRtqx having conflict with velvetworm in the past, he was not offered to join with his former friends. This led to him feeling his good friends Gabe and Smothy had stabbed him in the back, as they didn't try to convince velvetworm to let him in either. He became deputy leader of the Democracy and Development Party, which formed following the collapse of what remained of the Pilbaran United Party and a merger with the Democratic Efficiency Party. On April 30th, during a cabinet shuffle, ItzRtqx was shuffled off of MoND on to the open position of Minister of Transport. A couple of hours later it came to light that ItzRtqx had misappropriate over 50% of his ministry funding via gambling it at Brazil. He resigned his position as Minister of Transport later that night, realising that the impending inquiry would likely mean this anyway, and he preferred to leave on his own terms, however the next day he would attempt to unresign and challenge the inquiry, and lost which led to most trust for Itz being lost.

Aftermath
After his fall from government, he had attempted to gain a deputy position in the cabinet, however this was repeatedly denied. He attempted to mend relations with his friends but they fell out again after Itz attempted to steal $400-$500 worth of Heads from Albury, and was caught by GabeTheSaviour and smothyhoo, with Itz later claiming the action to be a "prank", a fact he still stands by today. Itz then went ahead and deleted Mandurah, having practically given up on playing at this point, and was subsequently banned from Pilbara in-game as well as their discord, and went on an extended break overseas until July 28th. His citizenship was revoked, which has been officiated by the Pilbaran Enemy of the State Act 2025, with the Pilbaran Government and Monarchy supporting the permanent ban of Itz from Pilbara. It is possible he will attempt to be diplomatic with Pilbara in future, though it seems unlikely that he'll ever return to Pilbara

Due to Pilbara's insistence that ItzRtqx leave the Australian continent fully under threat of all out war, after his assertion that he would make a nation called Wudjari near the Pilbaran town of Esperance, a deal was brokered between ItzRtqx and his former comrades, the terms of which were as follows:
Balladonia was to be sold to Pilbara for a price of 300g, in exchange for ItzRtqx leaving the continent permanently. Pilbaran citizen Dishonesty also agreed with government consent to snipe a nation in Canada for Itz to take over. The chosen nation was a 2.1d nation in Quebec.
On July 4th 2025, Balladonia was put up for sale and sold in a matter of hours to Pilbara. ItzRtqx was immediately kicked from the town under the terms of the deal, thereby ending over 2 years of his presence on the Australian continent for good. He claimed his nation by creating the new town of Hudson Bay along the coast of the bay of the same name, and having the nation transferred to him, on July 7th 2025. The current capital, The_Imperials, was then deleted by Pilbara, leaving Hudson Bay as the capital of the new nation. The nation will begin developing on July 29th upon Itz's full return to EMC
