Dingus Ville was founded by Poxei, with TestaRetro as co-founder. Together, they built the first structures and established the town's initial layout.

During its early days, both founders funded and constructed most of the town's expansion themselves, focusing on mining and construction.

Later, a third member joined, helping expand the town’s territory and advancing exploration into unknown lands.
