History
The Origins

Backlash
People stated that it was "unnecessary to have this", and that "fundraiser donators are just brainwashed." These complaints made their way to the CEO, who decided that the company wouldn't last long.
Shutdown
On January 17, 2026, the owner, Dexter_that_boi, announced the shutdown of the CSF. He was quoted as saying: "The CSF has stood for 1 whole year now, but I'm afraid that most Cascadians never even knew we existed, and nobody ever donated to us. Without this funding, we have decided to cease all operations. I am once again sorry for all of this." -Dexter_that_boi, former CEO and founder of the CSF.
Campaigns
The CSF has created the "Look Below Before you Go" campaign, telling people to check how deep the water is before entering. They also did the "Statistics" advert, telling people that you are more likely to die drowning than die from falling. Another famous one is "Vacation", where it expresses the fact that non-Cascadians that are not aware of the depths are the most likely to drown.
