the CETF or the Central European Town Federation is a planned alliance first proposed by tegoel. It is a multi-purpose economic, military, and political alliance that is mainly focused to small towns in central europe. The CETF aims to fund town expansion, and help recruit people for the small towns in the alliance.

history

When tegoel joined the server after the reset, he saw four struggling czechoslovak nations; due to this, he needed a way to contribute to czechoslovakia, so he created Liberec, and started planning the CETF.
