The Frostpeak Foundation reports on every major donation given to them, stating where the gold goes, to which towns, and how much is kept.
Out of its major reports, it has a >99.21875% efficiency rate, keeping only 1 gold ingot throughout its hundreds of donations. ThePowder also only targets towns with active mayors to donate to, meaning the gold is not wasted on a dead town.
