Cxeh's July crisis and The Unique Idea.

Cxeh was the wildcard for Switzerland due underfunding and neglected plans for Kostanz resulting in briefly quitting EarthMC for almost 13 hours until the "Unique Idea plan" was born to better find a way out and resulted in a so called "Economic shock" after the discovery of mountain's resources contained perfect resources to use for building making less reliant on other nations and towns.
