Napier is a capital city of the New Zealand meganation, alongside NZ. Because of huge projects planned by Mimchuxx, a city council was formed with active members of the town to support and discuss the city's future. The Council, led by LordOvega, also includes separate ranks in the Council, almost like a minister but less powerful. For example, Syrrez is the “Head of Architecture” as the city's main builder beside Mimchuxx. The Head of Council must report ideas from the Council to the mayor. Currently, plans include a huge national megashop and more.
