Sumer (full name Kingdom of Sumer or The Pasture of Sumer) is a nation situated in the Mesopotamian region, with the capital being Agrabah, a city between the Euphrates and Tigris rivers. The nation is owned by Andakira, as the Sonion (Mayor) of Agrabah, and thus the head of the nation. Sumer is currently under the Fourth Nubian Empire as a Pasture.
