Oropesa is the capital city of Spain
History
Oropesa was made on February 6 after Pengun decided to leave Perpignan and give it to Vali. Since then, the town gained more buildings almost every week for upcoming residents.

When Toycat released his video, Oropesa imprisoned a lot of toyfags, attempting to keep EMC unlaggy and have space for the veterans. It was well known for that. However, after jails got disabled by Fix, it couldn't imprison any more toyfags
