Murmansk is a small city on the coast of the Arctic Ocean, in Murmansk Oblast in northern Scandinavia. Murmansk was founded by KingOfTheMochas on January 2nd, 2019. Murmansk is a regional exporter of kelp, spruce wood, and diamonds.

Founding
Murmansk was founded in the evening of January 2nd, 2019, as KingOfTheMochas sought a location to found a city in a semi-remote location, with close access to the powerful nations of Europe. KingOfTheMochas established Fort Murmansk, a small military fortification in a small fjord on the Arctic Coast.
Fort Murmansk
Fort Murmansk was constructed on January 2nd, 2019. Fort Murmansk is a military structure constructed out of cobblestone, which served as KingOfTheMochas' home in the early days of Murmansk, as well as a solid foundation in the region. Fort Murmansk served as a "bank" for the mining of iron, diamonds, emeralds, and gold in the region.
