Volin (Manus Island)

Volin has been created on 25th February 2019 after disbanding the town of Pontevedra by Tymek_T. While looking for a lonely place in the map, Tymek_T found a Manus island to be not habited by anyone, it is small and very easy to claim. The bad thing is that Volin is inhabited by Tymek_T only and he is European while closest surrounding nations are owned by Americans, that makes him unable to join one, because they live in different time zones. That's the reason why Volin is a city - state.
