Pevek

Template:Town 1Pevek is a small town located in Siberia. It is owned by _Geeky_ and was created on the 14th of March 2020. It is one of the the few siberian towns located in the center of the nation.

History of Pevek

The creation of Pevek

In 3/15/2020 during a call in the siberia discord with 3 Siberians, _Geeky_ decided to create a small town near the canal connecting Vangash and Chekhograd which had a large flat and open area. During that call Geeky wanted to name his town something close to siberian style. After 5 minutes of random names Jelda7, a citizen of Chekhograd said to name it "Pevek" which is an arctic port town in IRL Russia. And thus everyone in the call agreeing to name it Pevek.

Current history

A day after its creation, Geeky reached to Captainpatakis on discord to create basic houses at his town based on the town hall of Kheta style. A couple of hours the Town hall was completed thus making it the first Pevek-ian building.

Today Pevek has 3 houses around the claims and with more planned to be constructed. Pevek was also one of the few towns in Siberia to obtain bamboo.
