Solis

Solis is a remote province of Italia located in the center of the Mediterranean Sea, it is ruled by three oligarchs, Dapper_Snek, SpectreOnPC, and JotaroVsDio. The Oil Rig build that it's situated upon predates Solis itself and it is assumed that the Oil Rig is a former settlement of Numidia. Though the settlement is still being repaired after a long history of being abandoned and mildly griefed through that history, it has established a small shop, and Dapper_Snek plans on expanding from the Oil Rig.
