The Supreme Court of Cascadia is the highest-ranking judicial body in Cascadia. Its membership, as set by the 4th amendment to the first Constitution of Cascadia, consists of Cascadia and two associate justices. Article IV, Section 5 of the Constitution grants plenary power to the President of Cascadia to nominate, and with the advice and consent of the Cascadia House of Representatives, appoint justices to the Supreme Court; justices have life tenure.

Before May 7, 2023, the Chief Justice and Associate Justices were known as the Chief Judge and Associate Judges respectively. The names were changed by the Fifth Amendment to the National Constitution of Cascadia by public referendum.
