Aurora:List of judges of the Supreme Court of Cascadia
The Supreme Court of Cascadia is the highest-ranking judicial body in Cascadia. Its membership, was set by the Fourth Amendment to the first Constitution of Cascadia, however under Cascadia's second Constitution, it does not state how many justices can serve. The Court consists of one Chief Justice and two associate justices. Article IV, Section 5 of the Constitution grants plenary power to the President of Cascadia to nominate, and with the advice and consent of the Cascadia House of Representatives, appoint justices to the Supreme Court; justices have life tenure.
List of judges
Prior to November 27, 2022, the Supreme Court (then called the State Court) consisted of one judge; the Chief Judge, until the Constitution was amended to include three seats total, with the Chief Judge and two Associate Judges. Before May 7, 2023, the Chief Justice and Associate Justices were known as the Chief Judge and Associate Judges respectively. The names were changed by the Fifth Amendment to the National Constitution of Cascadia by public referendum.
