Moxie (spawned October 2022), known by usernames Moxicodone and Moxies_hoe, is a Cascadian politician, urban planner, priest, and personality who has served as the 21st president of Cascadia since April 20, 2025. Moxie previously served as the 7th and current Secretary of the Interior of Cascadia from December 18, 2023 to April 21, 2024, and again from February 16th 2025 to the Present, and as a member of the Cascadia House of Representatives on numerous occasions between December 2022 and April 2024. Moxie is notable for being heavily involved in the construction and planning of multiple West Coast Cities. They briefly left Cascadia to head a direct democracy in the Utah desert known as Basin. Known for radical left-wing tendencies and perceived mental illness, Moxie has been a fixture in the Cascadian political scene for a significant portion of Cascadian history. Since 2025, they have been the Noviahn Bishop of Victoria.

History

Moxie 1st joined the town of Brussels but after the mayor was banned they moved to Olympia and helped build much of the original city. They helped with the construction of Victoria and worked with multiple other mayors in the construction of a regional icerail system in the Chaeronea and Olympia metropolitan areas. They spent late 2022 and early 2023 constructing various cities across Cascadia. After befriending Yapannn they grew disillusioned with the Cascadian government. So in June 2023 as the Mayor Oceanside they decided to delete the City and found a Socialist direct democracy with Yapannn called Basin. Basin did not last long as Moxie and Yapannn moved back to Passage Bay where they would spend the next year building up the city. Moxie now the Mayor of Arcadia Bay and de-facto Victoria as a whole.
