龙尼自由地区（英语：Ronne Free Territory、Ronne.F.T.），简称龙尼(Ronne)或自由地区(Free Territory、F.T.)，是一个位于南极洲西部的无政府主义地区。它由4个镇组成。

截至2022年12月中旬，龙尼总人口为21，是世界上人口较少的政治实体之一。人口民族组成多样，无主体民族，已有中国汉族人、捷克人、日本人、意大利人等。地区内地形南高北低，多数地区终年积雪且无自然绿植覆盖，北部沿海地区有小片绿地，生物多样性较为单一，是鳕鱼、白兔、海豚、山羊的故乡，西北部沿海地区有极少量北极熊分布。

建区Created

此时龙尼已无力偿还赔款，龙尼的“领导人”NullSelfice也因此成为了Angelt在大阪的建筑奴隶。
外加乌托邦(Utopia)的金苹果、玩家头颅等珍贵物品的失窃或者说被未知人物倒卖，龙尼的外贸经济彻底崩溃。
其甚至影响到了本来就没有经济存在的龙尼内部——委员会没有任何储备金用以拨款给城镇进行扩张。
虽然如此，但后来龙尼实行了停止对外贸易并停止扩张的政策，经济有所恢复。

2022年12月13日，南极王国的预备国王、贝尔格拉诺(Belgrano)的原镇长——LokiBeeper，因为长时间未能筹集足够的建国资金和即将不会非常活跃于EMC，所以在龙尼的discord频道提出并入龙尼。

All the evidence is conclusive. After Ronne paying eight ancient debris to EririMakima and negotiating with Previousyun the Prime Minister of Ming and Marst000 the Mayor of Xuchang, FXXK_my_pussi was temporarily prohibited from returning to Ronne, and the first vote of the People's Committee was held, which lasted for a week and would decide the fate of FXXK_my_pussi.
Nessos town temporarily enters a state of no actual residents.

At 0:50 a.m. Beijing time on December 16, 2022, Belgrano officially joined Ronne.

乌托邦冻结时代Utopia Frozen Age

关于FXXK_my_pussi的案子的调查逐渐有了定性，没有任何直接证据能证明其实施了“龙尼内部资源被倒卖案”，但是其实行的“大阪失窃案”、私吞龙尼扩张拨款、将城镇交与非龙尼居民这三个行为被直接证据以及FXXK_my_pussi的本人口述所证实。
其中，“大阪失窃案”造成龙尼支付了天价的赔款；私吞龙尼拨款造成了储备金近一步减少；将城镇交与非龙尼居民使得龙尼有一区块或者说一城镇成为明的事实殖民地并被明的公民修建了供明公民使用的造冰场。
FXXK_my_pussi在2022年12月17日稍早时间，向日本国(Japan)归还了地图画(因为其在稍早的时候感染了新冠肺炎，所以让明国许昌(Xuchang)市市长Marst000代其归还)，但因为其除此外给龙尼造成的影响实在过于深重，暂时并不被允许回归龙尼，其目前依然是明的许昌市市民。

2022年12月17日晚，乌托邦(Utopia)的城镇“领导人”兼龙尼“领导人”NullSelfice在龙尼的Discord频道里表示自己即将长时间不活跃于EMC。
在组织选举会议无果后。2022年12月18日北京时间中午，“首都”从乌托邦迁至魁尔伯格(Krillburg，又名磷虾堡)，魁尔伯格的城镇“领导人”DingMingYang随即成为临时龙尼“领导人”，乌托邦依旧是龙尼的名义“首都”，而魁尔伯格成为事实“首都”。

The People's Committee adopts a form of direct democracy so that all residents can participate in the management of regional affairs , has all the authority of the leader (the so-called "leader" of the territory does not have the right to decide affairs on its own or perform operations that require the authority of the leader in the territory). But the committee does not have the power to regulate individual behavior, which means that regulations such as banning pornography, requiring civilized language, and information censorship cannot be implemented in the territory.

主要思想Main idea

龙尼的政治制度和思想主要基于以下六点，一切政治上的设置基本上都基于此，一般俗称为“原则”。

1. 有职责，无职权。 所有权力都属于委员会。
   （任何职位的人都无权做任何事，他们要履行职责时做任何事都应得到委员会的授权，包括所谓的“领导人”）
2. 个人不应受到任何个人或者多数人的约束。
   （每个人的自由就是自由（在不干涉他人自由的前提下），所以我们反对独裁和投票民主来决定个人行为。委员会始终只能讨论自由地区的事务和城镇事务，禁止讨论、规范个人行为）
   例：委员会可以讨论如何应对一个国家对自由地区的宣战，或者讨论整个地区的冰道系统规划。 但他们无权讨论禁止黄色书刊，或要求公众纳税，或规范公众言论，这些都会影响个人的决定。
3. 绝对的自由是不存在的，任何自由的前提都是不干涉他人的自由。

Ronne political system and thoughts are mainly based on the following six points, and all political settings are basically based on this, commonly known as "principles".

1. With responsibilities, without authority. All authority are vested in the Commission.
   (People in any position have no right to do anything. They should be authorized by the committee when they want to perform their duties, including the so-called "leaders" of cities and towns).
2. A single person is not subject to any single person nor to the majority.
   (Everyone's freedom is freedom (on the premise of not interfering with others' freedom), so we are opposed to dictatorship and voting democracy to determine individual behavior. The Committee can always discuss only Free Territory affairs and urban affairs, and it is prohibited to regulate individual behavior)
   Example: The committee can discuss how to respond to a country's declaration of war on FreeTerritory, or discuss the ice track system planning of the entire Territory. But they have no right to discuss the prohibition of pornographic books, or to require the public to pay taxes, or to regulate public speech, which will affect individual decisions.
3. Absolute freedom does not exist, and the premise of any freedom is non-interference in the freedom of others.
   (Based on this, if someone interferes with the freedom or interest of others ("others" here may not be a specific single person, but can also refer to the majority, such as destroying the public ice track), he will not be considered as a member of the Free Territory, and article 2 will not apply, and the Committee will have the right to discuss the fate of this person).
4. Power belongs to everyone, but due to the problem of game mechanism, the "leaders" of Territory and the "leaders" of all towns in Territory should be given full authority to any participant.
5. The power is divided, and the power is infinitely divided. The affairs of the town should be decided by the vote of the town members in the committee. The vote of other town members should be invalid, and Territory has no right to interfere.
6. Freedom.

军事Military

基于无政府主义体系、人口所限、地区形势缓和等原因，龙尼没有常备军，采用战时全民皆兵的民兵策略，这点在《龙尼自由地区宣言》中有所阐述。

Due to reasons such as the anarchist system, limited population, and ease of the regional situation, Ronne has no standing army and adopts a militia strategy in which all people are soldiers during wartime. This is stated in the Ronne Free Territory Declaration.

外交Diplomacy

作为无政府主义地区，龙尼并不结交任何盟友。
原则上倡导世界和平，对一切国家采取“不亲近不敌对”政策。

As an anarchist region, Ronne does not make any allies.
In principle, it advocates world peace and adopts a policy of "no closeness, no hostility" towards all countries.
