First Austrian Republic (Classic)

The terrain of Austria was highly mountainous, The majority of the population spoke English, while Austrian dialects of German were recognized as an official Language as well.

Early History

Before the 1st Austrian Republic, Austria was a single town known as Toaster Reich.

ToasterReich

The first attempt at a nation in the former Territory of Austria was a town once known as Toaster Reich. It occupied the space known as Tortugan Vienna Today. Not much is known about this town, however they were Austrian Nationalists as several Austrian flags were found in their former territory.

Founding Of Austria

The first Austrian Republic was founded it late May/Early June 2017 by 73beetle. The money for the nation and town of Vienna came from an old town vault hidden under the mountains in Toaster Reich's former territory with over 3 stacks of gold in it!

Political System

Austria set out to be one of the few real democracies on EarthMC, while the system failed in the end, Austria did successfully elect one leader by the vote of the people. The Austrian political system worked as follows:

Prasident (Leader)

Kanzler (Vice-Leader)

Prince (Head of the Duchy)

Duke

The Austrian government went by decisions of the Grand Duchy of Austria headed by the Prince. The Duchy would vote on ideas created by the Prasident or Kanzler.

Era Of Austrian Ascension

During this Era, Austria would see many new changes and growth. During this time Austria would be considered an Empire by many and would reach a top population of over 40 members.

Pre-McMMo Era

During this era, Austria would consist of nothing but the capital of Austria, Vienna. Nothing notable would happen in Austria during this time besides the Austrian admission into the Greater German Reich planned by At the time Chancellor of Germany Adolf_Hitlar.

McMMo Era

During this Era, Notorious player McMMo_Combat_Top also known as TowerDefense would join his town into the Austrian Empire boosting it up to over 40 players. This event would officially mark the founding of the Empire Of Austria, that wanted to become the new superpower in Europe. To please McMMo, leader 73beetle started the "Austrian Night of Terror" That would see Austria attacking and Laying siege to, Alfatra and The Vatican City and was planning to attack Jerusalem and many more towns, with 73beetle proclaiming that the Church of Austria would be the new Church of Europe. These attacks did little affect however and left 73beetle a furious EarthMC community because of his invasion of the Vatican. This era would finally end when 73beetle told McMMO to leave Austria, which he did. This event would mark the end of The McMMo era.

Post-McMMo Era

During this era, Austria would attempt to repair all the damage it did in the McMMo Era, and would continue to grow in size despite the town of Grinders ran by McMMo_Combat_Top leaving Austria. Austria gained much power in Europe during this Era and caused many Germans like ego_sum_jeffum calling for the Annexation or, Anschluss of Austria by Germany, leading to the degradation of Austrian-German relations. Austria eventually joined the HRE Project headed by Sarmango with Germany, which 73beetle thought would lead to better relations between the two powers. This era would also see the annexation of Bern by the Austrian Empire which would be looked down upon by many nations of EarthMC. Switzerland would be strongly held by the Austrian Government even though leader EthanMineKing desired an independent Switzerland. He would leave, but Leader 73beetle would convince him to come back with the "Gary Come Home" song from Spongebob which was later deemed the National Anthem of Austria. This era would finally end when an Austrian member of the town of Graz was attacked by JudeSeife, leading to the Maracaibo Era.

Maracaibo Era

During this era, Maracaibo would rise to be a world known nation, and Austria would attempt to stop them.

1st encounter with Maracaibo

The first Austrian encounter with Maracaibo would come when JudeSeife tp killed a member of the Austrian City Of Graz and a member of Bern (KRN0530 and EthanMineKing), This would prompt Oretin_ to inform leader 73beetle and to attack Tortugas. 9 Austrian soldiers would set sail towards Tortugas and Blow up the land and destroy the forests. The attack would ultimately be a Victory, but would lead to much much worse events for the Nation of Austria.

2nd encounter with Maracaibo

The second Austrian encounter would occur when JudeSeife and Kaitala rampaged through Europe and began to become a very hated nation on EarthMC. And the country that hated them the most was Austria. Once again, 9 Austrian soldiers fought through the jungles in Brazil from Austria's colony SA_Cartel all the way to Tortugas. They would once again blow up Tortugas, but Jude and Kait were prepared this time. They knew that if they could single out troops they could kill them effectively. The tactic worked. 4 Austrian troops were killed, including Leader 73beetle then a retreat was called, the battle ending in a Tortugan victory. Later on however, Seaterrica and Jerusalem would launch a campaign which would end in no fighting however. A memorial was erected that is now the fall of Austria memorial, located in Graz.

Vietnam War Against Maracaibo

MLGTerra, katherinehasson, and 73beetle marched through the jungles to attack Maracaibo, However 73beetle left Early because at this point he was trying to repair relations with Maracaibo. The attack failed because the attackers never actually reached Tortugas and katherinehasson died along the way, losing her armor. This event did however improve relations between Jerusalem, Seaterrica, and Vienna and would further unite the EarthMC public against Maracaibo.

Election

The time in Austria for an election had come, 73beetle had plans to make the first actual democracy on EarthMC and he carried them out when Oretin_ was elected to be the "Prasident" Of Austria by the people. He would be the final leader of Austria before its fall. During his reign he would liberate Bern from Austrian occupation and seek to repair the damage previous leader 73beetle had caused. 73beetle was made Kanzler of Austria, but continued to have a very large influence in the Nation.

The Fall Of Austria/3rd encounter with Maracaibo

The last encounter with Maracaibo would be on Austrian soil. JudeSeife and Kaitala ran through Austria spreading terror through the Empire, placing lava buckets to kill Austrian citizens. Austria never organized a counter attack due to poor communications, and the shock of the moment. In Response to the attacks, Kanzler 73beetle changed his town perms to which he thought Maracaibo would no longer be able to place lava buckets in Vienna, however he fumbled the perms leaving Vienna open for anyone to loot. While 73beetle was gathering lava for the cobble of Tortugas, A report came from a citizen of Vienna that the town was being looted. 73beetle tped back to Vienna but it was far too late, Tortugas had stolen everything including 4 stacks of Gold. In a blind rage, 73beetle would disband Vienna leaving Austria as a dead nation for many days until it finally broke apart. To this day, the only town left of Austria is Graz.

Brief Re-Creation

In late January of 2018, Germany decided to peacefully dissolve until further notice. Due to this, the nations of

Austria and Prussia were born. Austria was re-created by 73beetle as Prasident, with Oretin_ as Kanzler, and Schober60 as Brigadier. While the nation only lasted about 4 days, in that time, the army invaded Moscow (Siege of Moscow), as well as declare war on Spain. However, literally like 7 seconds after declaring war, Adolf_Hitlar was unbanned, causing the reunification of Germany.

Other Austrian conflicts

Austria was involved in many European based conflicts throughout is short history as a nation. One of the biggest being the Mining of the Alps by Kurai18. Kurai told Austrian leaders that she had mined the entire alps because of Austrian attacks on her town, 73beetle took these threats seriously and soon many members of the USA and Austria and other visitors were in the Vatican arguing it out. With 73beetle saying that the USA should not be in Europe anyways,let alone have decisions in its affairs. The conflict was diffused when it was discovered that only 1 mine had been placed and it was "Discovered" by a German citizen. Also IanNotEn was banned temporarily for using X-ray to find the locations of the mines.

Austria in the Modern Era

Austria today is nothing but the butt of failure jokes, Austria has been attempted to be recreated by 73beetle many times but to no Avail. A easter egg in Munich, is an Austrian flag hidden behind the Official Munich Times Hq In Munich. The current flag of Munich also resembles the flag of the Austrian Empire. Also, Oretin built a pig statue in Antartica.
