Flotix_, or just Flotix, is an EMC Player from Britain and a member of the Justice League. He is currently the Mayor of Stavanger, an Advisor to the British Cabinet under Prime Minister RoseBrugs, and a Founding Member of the Justice League.

Moving Up in Britain and the Railways
Flotix joined Oslo under the mayorship of Tomm_. Lasting only 1-2 weeks there, he went on to found the town of Stavanger, also in British Scandinavia.
One of Flotix's first projects was the construction of the Stavanger Art Museum, and later homes for future town residents.
