Flotix_, or just Flotix, is an EMC Player from Britain and a member of the Justice League. He is currently the Mayor of Stavanger, an Advisor to the British Cabinet under Prime Minister RoseBrugs, and a Founding Member of the Justice League.

One of Flotix's first projects was the construction of the Stavanger Art Museum, and later homes for future town residents. A little over fortnight after the creation of the town, he began development on an Ice Railway Line connecting the towns of Byglands and Bergen. The Line is hoped to be completed by early April of 2021, with the help of the British Ice Railway Engineer, Superjosh0.
After the fall of the Militia, Flotix seized at the opportunity of expanding his claims and acquired much new space for the construction of new Ice Railway lines. Destinations included Leeuwarden and Slesvig, via a new line constructed out of the Yorkshire Railway Hub.
