SgtCartoon is the mayor of Twinpeaks and the leader of the nation of Coats on Terra Aurora. SgtCartoon was also known for being the emperor, a province leader, and a duke in the Alaskan Empire on Terra Nova.

SgtCartoon is a known pioneer for free-market capitalism on EarthMC, and implemented the system into his nations of Coats, Kodiak, and the Alaskan Empire.

Terra Nova

SgtCartoon was the mayor of the town of Kodiak on Terra Nova. The town of Kodiak was known for being a popular shopping and tourist destination, both within the Alaskan Empire and the server.

Shortly following his founding of Kodiak, SgtCartoon created the nation of Kodiak with Kodiak as it's capital.

Following this, SgtCartoon entered Kodiak into the Alaskan Empire. Throughout his time in the Empire, SgtCartoon would see himself as the Emperor for a short time and the leader of a province and a duchy.

Terra Aurora

Shortly after he joined Terra Aurora, SgtCartoon made it his mission to create a town similar to Kodiak on Terra Nova. SgtCartoons new town, Twinpeaks, was founded and his nation of Coats was founded only a few days later.

Coats is now known as a shopping center for a variety of goods, akin to Kodiak on Terra Nova.
