Vilnius was founded on January 24, 2019, the same day that Lithuania was founded. It was created very early in the morning, around 4:00 AM (EST).
The mayor of Klaipda was going to build it on the ruins of Kaunas, but Montego Bay had recently been created there, so Dragon_Herzogin had to make it as close as possible.
