Yamagata is a Japanese town located on the island of Honshu. Its current mayor is Roineur, who has owned the town ever since KawadaJP left. As stated by the mayor, he wants to expand and develop Yamagata so it can live up to the name of Niigata, upon the ruins of which it sits.
History
Early History (3rd July - August)
The town was created on the 3rd of July by ass_catchem, under the name of unkosamurai at the time, with a 54G loan received from Yllalen, who was very delighted to see that someone decided to make a town in the area of Niigata, which was, and still is, a ghost of its former glory. KawadaJP then joined Yamagata, building all of its infrastructure, which, to this day, is still standing.
The Great Inactivity (August - Mid September)
During this time, KawadaJP and ass_catchem left the town, leaving Roineur and some other citizens behind to run Yamagata. Eventually Roineur became the mayor, but was mostly inactive. It was thought that the town would disband, but that wasn't the case.
The Era of Clans (Mid September - March)
When Roineur returned to EarthMC, he saw a massive change in Japan and joined the Clan of Shimazu.
