Nisa

Located near the bounders of Turkmenistan and Iran, based on historical capital of the Parthian empire in the same location. The city is built on the hill with the royal and adminstrative centre on the hill citadel. Nisa was founded in early January 2018 and has grown rapidly to reach village status as of january the 10th.

History

Founded January 2018 with King HaydarKhan building upper citadel of adminstrative buildings. By the first week of January, the upper citadel was built with a upper wall, treasury and town centre. It was also in this period that Nisa tempoarily joined the southern empire (SE).The following week lower citadel was landscaped and constructing started on the royal stables, palace, and armory. Also landscaping the plaetu bellow and building the lower town, allowing for rapid recruitment of new citizens.

On the 13th of January Taking loans from Brenden and through their own labour King Heydar of Nisa founded his own nation Iranshahr; the empire of the civilised. This was followed by promises to the people of Nisa of greatness; that towns and nations alike will grovel in fear faced by Iranshahr, all paying homage and tribute. Furthermore, Iranshahr declared all of Parthia and Bactria its soviergn terrority and aims to control all of greater Iran.Also with the formation of the nation; Nisa is undergoing adminstrative Mehface has been declared governor and plans are being made for colonisation of Greater Iran.

Politics

Nisa is run by an aristocratic monarchy; the shah Heydar is an absolute monarch owning all land in Nisa, though this land can be granted to peasants to run in his name in return for rent becoming a part of nobility. All new members start as peasants or vastar (serfs), working and living on state land; but can be given land and titles based on merit. Once peasant ones land they are officially a part of the nobility. There is also a more priviliged layer of the nobility: the officials able to make minor decrees in the name of the shah.
