Kimberley
The Republic of Kimberley is a Judicial Mafiocracy in the North West Territory of Australia. The Republic was founded in the oldest city of New Despot under the Godfather and Lord Protector of the House of Despot Java_Wolf. Immediately after its establishment, the Cach30verfl0w I Cabinet came into effect under the Supreme Court of the House of Despot Cach30verfl0w as the incumbent Cabinet.

The Republic is defined by the constitution as a Judicial Mafiocracy under the family of Despot. The constitution combines a system of government with the characteristics of a Mafiocracy. Currently, the Republic maintains a presence in Australian politics and provides the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Australia. (As of 12/14/2022) The initial funding for the Republic came from the Russian Empire in the funding agreement between the Tsar of the Russian Empire and the Despot Mafia Corporation.

History
Foundation and establishment of the first government
Kimberley was established as the Republic of Kimberley by Godfather Java_wolf on November 27, 2022 with the help of a loan from the Russian Empire. The Godfather appointed the lawyer Cach30verfl0w in the position of the President of the Government. Cach30verfl0w established a ministry structure under control of the Godfather. The capital became New Despot.
Foundation of the city of Wolgograd
On 12/27/2022 13:20 (Russian time) Kimberley founded the city of Wolgograd, administered by Cach30verfl0w, in northwestern Australia. This was the second city founded by Kimberley. Here you can see the Godfather Java_Wolf proclaiming the city of Wolgograd.
Legal system
The Republic of Kimberley bases its legal system on the Judical Mafiocracy. The ordinary judges are subordinate to the Supreme Judges. They make their judgments in the interest of the Supreme Judges, and judgments of the judges can be overturned or reassessed by the Supreme Judges.
