The Japanese Invasion of EarthMC is a currently ongoing event that started on September 20th, 2021, when Japanese youtuber o-228おにや uploaded a video on EarthMC, video which started a chain reaction of more japanese youtubers making videos of EarthMC, lengthening the queue. The event is very similar to the Toycat Invasion, the FuzeIII Fan Invasion and the Turkish Invasion of EarthMC.

History

o-228おにや uploads his first video

On September 18th, 2021, ヒノ/hino, a japanese youtuber with 7,600 subscribers uploaded a video on EarthMC. Two days after that, yuki, an even smaller YouTube channel with 200 subscribers, uploaded two videos on EarthMC. On September 20th, o-228おにや, yet another japanese youtuber with 560,000 subscribers uploaded his first video on EarthMC. This youtuber, being far more known, gave more attention to EarthMC for Japan.

The news of the video quickly spread, as it made it to the news of EarthMC Live, an EMC news source. Everyone prepared for a Japanese invasion. The following day, when o-228 uploaded his second video to EMC and more youtubers started uploading aswell.
