History
Early Days
MercuryVenus joined the server in late 2019, after hearing about it from the youtuber ibxtoycat. He spawned in Eastern China and began looking for towns to join. He was invited into the town of Ancona, which was in the former nation of Italy. After reaching Ancona, he built a house outside the city claims, but it was destroyed. He built the house again, but it was destroyed once more. Disappointed, he looked for ways to get gold and gear. After logging on for some days, he managed to get himself a decent amount of gear. His town of Ancona disbanded soon after he joined it, and he began to look for new towns. After joining a town in South America, he was killed by a toxic player and left. During this period, he began plans of creating his own town. After some days, he had almost enough gold to form his own town and travelled to the southern reaches of the Caspian Sea to make the town. Sadly, he was killed by another toxic player, causing him to lose all his gold. This discouraged him from playing for a while.
Rejoining
After contemplating his mistakes, he joined the server again in late 2020. There, he joined the nation of Germany. He spent some time in the town of Munich, hoping to reach a high rank in the nation. He joined amidst a great war with the nation of France, and thus his countrymen had little time to help him. Looking for another nation, he joined Persia, but soon left. The final nation he joined was Cuba. After examining the lands nearby Cuba, he saw that they were not very populated and began plans of creating another town. He began accumulating gold after voting and trading in Cuba.
Creating a town
After he enough 64 gold, he sailed south to Lake Maracaibo in South America. He then walked some distance to the west and found a relatively uninhabited land. He then claimed a chunk and named the town "Maracaibo", after the lake he landed on. He immediately began constructing houses. He was not aware that one had to make sure each house was inside a chunk to make that house a plot. During this time, a player named guerns joined the town. Guerns was helpful at first, but he soon attempted to kill MercuryVenus. MercuryVenus then attacked guerns with his sword, and guerns left the town and fled. After building two houses, he realized his mistake, and he had to destroy them both. He began construction of new houses. Guerns joined the town again, and this time he was helpful, but left soon after. He then joined the nation of Panama, but soon left.
Joining Cordoba
After leaving Panama, he joined the nation of Cordoba. There, he was funded by Emperor IceFrosti and grew his town. He is currently constructing houses.
