Nova:Benghazi

Benghazi is a town that is located on the Libyan coast and founded on May 3, 2022, by NeFFeeh. The town has went through multiple phases over the course of it's foundation to today. After a few months of inactivity and slow progress Neff decided to leave Benghazi for a town near the capital and the town was then aquired by StoffeH. After a few months the town began forming and real progress began to occur.
