Nova:Mossow-New Snork Iceway
|
The Mossow-New Snork Iceway is a branching ice road from the Mossow-Neverwinter Iceway. It was built between January 2020 and 25th February 2020 by DiamantAxt9494. The iceroad connects the town of New Snork and the KAPSK-capital Mossow. The route also uses the Mossow Ice Road Tunnel.
Route
The route starts in New Snork on Y 167 where it goes to the East for 60 blocks. There it reaches the Wilkesland/KAPSK border and short after the Coast Junction where it turns South. The junction is followed by the Station Coast which, unsurpriseingly, lies on the Antarctic coast. Going about 340 Blocks further South the route enters the Mossow Ice Road Tunnel through an elevator. A few blocks further the route reaches the first station in Mossow: Mossow East. A few metres south of Mossow East the route merges into the Mossow-Neverwinter Iceway.

History
Initial Construction
The section from Mossow to Coast is between one or two months older than the section from Coast to New Snork. It was built in Late December or Mid-January 2020 on a bridge which started in the Mossow Elevated Ice Road Station which is now out of service.
The Coast–New Snork section was entirely built on 25th February 2020 in the span of about 1 hour.
Renovation in Mid-2020
In mid-2020 FKHH73 started housing the New Snork–Coast ice road section. For a payment of 30G FKHH also renovated the ice road to Mossow.
Renovation in February 2021
In February 2021 Diamant began destroying ice roads that are in Mossow claims and built a tunnel where the ice roads were the ice roads were moved into. The ice roads where upgraded to a 3-block-wide two lane system which had a line of glass panes in the middle to seperate the lanes. On the section leading to Coast Diamant built a new tunnel station named Mossow East. The Elevated Ice Road station was taken out of service, moved underground and renamed to Mossow IRS. However the building of the old Station stille exists.
In Late February 2021 the ice road to Coast which was still lying above surface was also upgraded to a 3-block-wide two lane system.
