New Kazakhstan is a nation created by Davide0033 (also known as "WinXpGuy" on Discord) after the last burst of player activity on Terra Nova, even then it's still managing to grown to this day, having reached goals that would have been unthinkable when it was founded.
The nation does not have an official form of government, because of the lack of such. The leader is free to do what he prefers and residents have the freedom to behave as they want, with the only obligations not to be offensive to the nation or any allys
