Oregon Territory's at-large electoral division, is an electoral division in Cascadia encompassing the area granted to the Oregon Territory. Created by the Oregon Organic Act on April 26, 2023, it returns one non-voting delegate called a Resident Commissioner to represent the territory at-large in the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cascadia on the system of Single Transferable Vote.
Geography
The borders for the constituency are the same as the borders of the Oregon Territory mandated by the Oregon Organic Act. The district is very rural, with the only urban settlement being Astoria, the capital of the territory. It contains much of Eastern Oregon, Southern Idaho, and Southwestern Montana.
