It's political system created on EMC by PolishGamerYT. Now its used in Kingdom of Baltic States

What is it?

Its absolute monarchy but with small constitution. This small constitution is making a law, but the king can break or edit it at any time. Constitutional monarchy is kingdom limited by constituiton but here its inverted - its constitution limited by king of nation.

Where is it?

At this moment this system is used only in Kingdom of Baltic States
