I sort of rely on the theory of Mao Zedong, but hate Socialism and am more capitalism ;)
Authoritarianism yes, can be took as the omnipotent and unstoppable power of a dictator, but that doesn't mean the dictator doesn't take word from the public!
Also, "power in the people" might be a word, but in this case the dictator can choose advisors which ultimately could have a say for the people, since that would be their job, but doesn't have to be, it's a referendum-based system SORT OF.
