The Volkov Estate is a ranch in Montgomery, CSA. As of March 24, 2022, It is owned by the Secretary of State for the USA, NFISH. It was previously owned by Adrian Volkov II of the Volkov Family.

The estate consists of a manor, two guest houses, and a farm that produces wheat and dark oak trees.

History

The Volkov Estate was founded on April 15, 2021 in Montgomery, CSA by Adrian Volkov I of New York City. It was founded at the height of the USA/NAP Cold War and about a month before the collapse of the USA. Volkov was looking for a potential alternative place to live since he feared collapse was imminent, so he acquired the land for the estate, which was graciously provided by Montgomery mayor ColtonTopGun.

The estate was relatively unused until Adrian Volkov I suffered a massive stroke in Austria in July, having fled the United States. He was then shipped back to North America by his son, Adrian Volkov II, and placed in the guest house which was converted into a miniature hospital room.

Volkov II then acquired attached land and built a farm on the property, and converted the old wheat garden into a second guest house.

On March 24, 2022, it was seized by the Secretary of State for the USA, NFISH2021, in response to "Adrian's lies, warmongering, and sponsorship of terrorism (including members of Adrian's town bombing the NY town of Harlem) against the USA".

The Manor

The Volkov Manor is a two-story house with an unfinished basement. The downstairs consists of a studio kitchen and living room, while the upstairs consists of Adrian Volkov II's bedroom and study.
