War on Northern Five
The War on the Northern Five was a conflict on eastern Europe between the Commonwealth and the Northern Five. It began on October 28, 2020 after Britain declared war on UK and Terra Mariana due to them funding and helping rebel nations in the Commonwealth in Europe and Asia.
History
Background
The UK is a rebel nation located next to Britain. These two already had problems (mainly for territory disputes) with each other. Not a long time ago, UK allied with Terra Mariana and made an alliance for themselves called "The Northern Five" which was recently blamed for supporting and funding rebel nations against Britain and against Indochina, a Commonwealth member.
War
On Wednesday October 28, 2020 at 17:25 UTC, Britain declared war on UK and Terra Mariana after a poll for it which ended with 17 votes in favor and 2 against. Following the declaration of the British, other members of the Commonwealth (such as Illinois, Trimortum, Quebec, Kaapkust and Louisiana) immediately supported Britain and also declared war. Afterwards, Terra Mariana wanted to seek peace though the war declaration of Britain was never retreated. No nations have shown support for the Northern Five yet.
Siege of Arensburg
Nearly one hour after the war began on the 28th of October 2020, the first battle occurred in Arensburg, a middle-age based town to the north of Terra Mariana.
This siege was quick as it only lasted for around 20 minutes. It finished with only one death for the Northern Five Side, from Terra Mariana (sebandi2), and therefore could be considered a victory by the British Commonwealth.
End of War
On the 30th of October 2020, the British declared victory and ended the war, after 'begging' from the side of Terra Mariana.
