Vichy France is a part of France which has sided with Hitler and the German Nationalist Socialist Party. But has since destroyed their last Nazi symbols, but still are fascist and likely are still a dictatorship but it is impossible to know.

A few people in Burgundy consider themselves to be French and Burgundy and French people are good friends in most circumstances.
